Weigh-in Wednesday: Week 3

button

It's that time of week...the dreaded weigh-in. I was a little scared to hop on the scale this morning. I KNEW it wasn't going to be anything significant. I didn't have a long run on Sunday because I ran the Color Run and I had an ungodly amount of food (and a fair amount of booze) on Saturday. After my run on Sunday, my food choices were also not the greatest, but I justified it with my run (totally not justifiable in hindsight, btw).

Monday I kicked it into gear and ate well and went to the gym. Unfortunately, Nugget FREAKS OUT when I put him in the child development area and they had to get my out of cycling class Monday and Tuesday. Happy to say that today they didn't have to get me and he had fun while he was in there! Yay! It must've been these tasty chocolate banana pancakes I made for him this morning :)

Please ignore the fact that my pancake is misshapen, still tasted good!
Alright, so here it is...

163.9 Down .4lbs from last week. I'm not thrilled, but again, not surprised either. A loss is a loss, even if it's not a big one. I've been keep track on my weight loss once per month in an excel spreadsheet along with my measurements and decided to check out my stats on there today. Quite frankly, it's a pretty sad little spreadsheet. I've only lost 7lbs since Sept. 28...and only 3 since Nov. 15. What the crap is that? Clearly, I need to up my game quite a bit. I've lost SO much weight in the last year, I hate to just throw it all out by being a slacker. I've gotta keep up with my evening runs and 3 time per week cycling. I need to make sure to eat healthy and drink water. I just need to get it together and keep it together!

I want to be at 150 for my birthday. There are a little less than 7 weeks to go until my birthday and I've got 14lbs to go until I hit that. 2lbs per week is definitely doable, I just need to stick with the plan. I can do this!
