Happy Hump-Day and happy 100th post to me!
It's Weigh-in Wednesday and I'm a bit excited to see what the scale says.
I've being doing Revolt fitness for over a week and I feel better. My eating habits are better, I'm exercising harder and dying less when I do so. I'm not even craving the junk food as much as I used to.
Last week I dropped some major poundage, but I know most of it has come back. Last Monday I was at 164 in the morning and by Friday was down to 156 (it was a lot of water weight gone, but those numbers sure looked nice on the scale). I was out of town for a wedding for the weekend, so my cheat day turned into days. We had wedding food and booze (of course), followed by tasty hangover food, and just other crap throughout the weekend. I also didn't work out. At all. Shameful!
Regardless of those setbacks, I'm still feeling confident for a loss. Let's see what happens...

| Oh, I'm sorry. Can you not see the scale? Me either. |
Down 1.2 lbs from last week! I'm actually surprised my weight went down this much considering I started at 164 last Monday. Obvs I'm not complaining, but was expected it to be close to last week's weight. Clearly the program I'm on now is working really well for me. I guess I can deal with hanger for a few more weeks if it means losing some serious weight and getting toned.
I'm sad to say I've fallen off of the Jillian Michaels 30DS wagon (sorry Lora :( ). I have very similar workouts with Revolt and when I moved up to level 2 with JM, my body just couldn't finish both workouts. I try to do the JM workouts on cardio only days or on my rest day so I'm still doing it sometimes, but my arms and legs are like jello on most days now.
For workouts this week the plan is:
Wed: Revolt workout, Barre workout
Thurs: Spin class, Revolt workout
Fri: Revolt workout, Run 3 miles
Saturday: Revolt Workout
Sun: Revolt Workout, Run 3 miles
Mon: Revolt workout, Zumba
Tues: Revolt workout, Spin class, Run 3 miles (maybe)
Hoping for another great number this week. Maybe I'll be out of the 150's by the end of this month! A girl can dream

Awesome girl.

ReplyDeleteAmazing job, such a great feeling when the pounds drop!
ReplyDeleteYoure killing it damn! And how awesome is it that we both hit 100 posts in the same week - so weird right? Although you have over twice as many followers :( Oh well...slow and steady I suppose :)
ReplyDeleteThat's so great! I need to get losing again... :)
ReplyDeletecongrats! Your weight right now is pretty much my goal, so I'm just sitting here imagining how I'll feel when I have that post on my blog!! I love it when you step on the scale and expect to see more, and you don't!
ReplyDeleteThanks for entering my giveway by the way!
