This is going to be my motto for the month...dance and all.
Since I have almost a month out of school, I have no excuses to slack off. I've decided August will be my month to make habits that will get me through the end of the year and then some.
Here's what I've got planned:
-Exercise. I want to do cardio 6 days a week and I need to incorporate weights somehow. I have honestly never done workouts with weights, but when I see the huge difference it's made with many of the lovely bloggers I follow, I know it's time to...jump on it ;) I'm also going to look into T25...25 minutes is something I can handle (I think).
-Meatless Monday. It's time for a return of Meatless Monday. Honestly, I'm really wanting to start going back to being meatless for most meals (granted I'm not sure how that would work with starting weight training, but I'll figure it out). My body felt energized and good when I was eating less meat. Surprisingly, even the Hubs preferred it.
-Weekly menu planning. Without planning my weekly menu, I'm setting myself up for failure. I need to have everything written down or I will forget and we'll order take out. I re-hung my menu board and I'm going to put it to use!
